Getting started with Visual ADC

Visual ADC provides research-grade tools for ADC design: DAR (drug-to-antibody ratio), payload and linker inputs, conjugation efficiency (cost per dose), and 3D structure viewing (antibody–payload complex, payload distribution). All in the browser; no installation required.

What we offer

Enter antibody sequence, payload (SMILES or mass in Da), optional linker (SMILES), and DAR to get total mass, antibody mass, charge, and pI. Browse the Linker Library for ADC linkers (VC-PAB, SMCC, etc.) and use them in the DAR Calculator. View antibody–payload 3D structures and payload distribution; export PDB, PNG, and report export (PDF/CSV). Export options: Export formats, Report Export.

Typical workflow

DAR and mass: Go to DAR Calculator (payload), enter antibody sequence, payload (SMILES or mass), linker (optional), and DAR. Get total mass, antibody mass, charge, pI, and a PDF report. Use Linker Library to pick linkers and copy SMILES.
Conjugation efficiency: Use Conjugation Efficiency for cost per dose and formulation comparison.
3D view: Use ADC 3D Structure to load an antibody–payload PDB; use Antibody-Payload Complex to upload your own PDB. Export PDB or PNG from the viewer.
Payload distribution: Use Payload Distribution to preview payload distribution or multi-frame structures; export PNG.
Reports: Export DAR and property reports as PDF or CSV; see Report Export for where to export from.
