Antibody-Payload Complex

Load ADC or antibody–payload complex PDB to view in the 3D viewer. Use the main viewer to enter a PDB ID from RCSB or paste a URL to a structure file.

After loading, use the viewer to rotate, zoom, and export the structure as PDB or PNG. For single-structure view use ADC 3D Structure; for payload distribution or multi-frame preview use Payload Distribution. See Report Export and Export formats for details.

Choose PDB file

Select a PDB file to view in the 3D viewer. Rotate, zoom, measure, and export from the viewer bar.

Or load by PDB ID or URL in the 3D Viewer.
