Export Formats

Visual ADC supports the following export formats. Use the right tool for the format you need; each format is available from specific workflows below.

Supported formats

CSV — Table export for DAR, payload loading, and batch analysis results.
PDB (Protein Data Bank format)
3D atomic coordinates for the antibody–payload complex. Download from the ADC 3D Structure or Antibody-Payload Complex viewer after loading your PDB. Use in PyMOL, ChimeraX, or modeling pipelines.

Screenshot of the current 3D view. Use the Export PNG button in the ADC 3D Structure, Antibody-Payload Complex, or Payload Distribution viewer for figures and presentations.
PDF
DAR and ADC property report with antibody mass, payload/linker mass, DAR, total mass, charge, and pI. Download from the DAR Calculator after entering antibody sequence, payload (SMILES or mass), linker, and DAR.

DAR Calculator — PDF report (antibody mass, payload/linker mass, DAR, total mass, charge, pI).
Linker Library — Browse linkers; copy SMILES for use in DAR Calculator.
ADC 3D Structure — PDB, PNG for the loaded antibody–payload complex.
Antibody-Payload Complex — PDB, PNG for your uploaded ADC PDB.
