What you can export
For ADCs you can export 3D structures (PDB) of the antibody–payload complex from the ADC 3D Structure or Antibody-Payload Complex viewer, screenshots (PNG) for figures, and analysis reports (PDF or CSV) with DAR, total mass, and payload from the DAR Calculator. Where to export from
- DAR Calculator (payload) — Enter antibody sequence, payload (SMILES or mass), linker, DAR; get total mass, antibody mass, charge/pI; download PDF report.
- Linker Library — Browse ADC linkers (VC-PAB, SMCC, etc.); use in DAR Calculator or copy SMILES.
- Conjugation Efficiency — Cost per dose and formulation comparison; export or record results as needed.
- ADC 3D Structure — Load antibody–payload complex PDB; view and export PDB or PNG.
- Antibody-Payload Complex — Upload your ADC or complex PDB; view and export PDB or PNG.
- Payload Distribution — Preview payload distribution or multi-frame structures; export PNG.
