Short step-by-step guides to get the most out of Visual ADC. Start with the DAR Calculator and Linker Library, then use the 3D viewer for antibody–payload structures and Report Export for PDF/CSV.
- DAR Calculator (payload)
Enter antibody sequence, payload (SMILES or mass in Da), optional linker (SMILES), and DAR. Get total mass, antibody mass, payload/linker mass, charge, pI, and a PDF report. Use the Linker Library to copy linker SMILES into this tool.
- Linker Library
Browse ADC linkers (VC-PAB, SMCC, PEG, etc.) with SMILES and properties. Use linkers in the DAR Calculator or copy SMILES for your design. Compare cleavable vs non-cleavable options.
- Conjugation Efficiency (Cost per Dose)
Enter price per vial, vial size (mg), and dose per injection (mcg) to get cost per dose and doses per vial. Use to compare formulations or plan ADC dosing economics.
- ADC 3D Structure
Load a PDB of the antibody–payload complex. View in 3D, then export coordinates (PDB) or a screenshot (PNG) from the viewer sidebar. See Export formats for details.
- Payload Distribution
Multi-frame or payload distribution preview. Use to visualize payload placement or conformational diversity. Export PNG as needed.
- Antibody-Payload Complex (Upload)
Upload your own ADC or antibody–payload PDB file. View and export the structure as PDB or PNG. Use when you have a local structure from modeling or a collaborator.
- Report Export
Export DAR and ADC property reports as PDF or CSV. Use after running the DAR Calculator or batch analysis. See Report Export for where to export from and which formats are available.
